- Union Square Kitchen: A beautiful and versatile kitchen loft designed by Nate Berkus, featuring a rolling island with electric cooktop and surface options, 72-foot exposed brick wall, and 16-foot ceiling with grid.
- 2nd Floor Stage with Patio: A 2,000-square-foot studio with high ceilings, a grid system, and outdoor patio space.
- CYC Studio / 3rd Floor Stage: A 1,500-square-foot studio featuring a 4535-foot curved-corner infinity green screen CYC wall, 14 feet high, and complete with CYC lighting.
