Patrick has over 25 years of experience as a producer and director of TV spots, corporate image films, and marketing videos.
He has directed what you might call an intriguing mix of public figures and celebrities, including Bill Gates, John Glenn, C. Everett Koop, Val Kilmer, Joe Gibbs, Wyclef Jean, Ryan Lochte, Quincy Jones, Ross Perot, and many major political figures.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Drexel University, where he also played collegiate basketball. A leader in local non-profit and philanthropic causes, he has been a featured speaker in undergraduate and graduate media production courses.

Patrick Rafferty was a great find for us. He did an excellent job developing, interviewing and producing some executive level interviews for our corporate website. It was evident that their team dedicated a lot of time and effort to highlighting the significance of Hill East and the opportunities it presents. The on-camera interviews reinforced our image of completing projects efficiently and towards the common goal of revitalizing Hill East. Moreover, the video creatively demonstrated the untapped potential of these parcels as investments and as drivers of progress for this underdeveloped community. The video seamlessly explained our history of partnering and completing projects with the city, providing jobs and opportunities for those within the community. I work for a nonprofit that worked with RaffertyWeiss Media on two major projects. One project was a multi-day video shoot in New York City and Los Angeles with interviews between young women and celebrities, professionals, and activists talking about elevating girls' and women's stories and closing the gender gap in storytelling professions. Patrick's team was amazing, and even put together an all-female crew to showcase the power of women in storytelling from behind the scenes. The project was on time and on budget and turned out beautifully. It was exactly what we had hoped for. We also worked with RaffertyWeiss again on production for a virtual Summit that garnered 30,000 viewers. The team was great and production went off without a hitch. Would recommend RaffertyWeiss for studio video production and any virtual event needs!

I've had the opportunity to work with RaffertyWeiss Media many times over the last ten years or so, and I can say that they're honestly among the best in the area when it comes to directing, producing and coming up with terrific ideas for video and film. The DC metro area has a reasonably distinct set of needs when it comes to creative communications, and these guys really get it. Most importantly, they've shown me, over and over again, that great production work and public affairs/government relations can go hand-in-hand. And yet they're modest, collaborative and only have enough ego to insist that the work be excellent. When it comes to video production and all that goes along with it, RaffertyWeiss Productions is always among my first calls.
