About Our Owner
Ryan French is the owner of Tampa Bay Cameraman, with over 13 years of experience in the industry. A multi-faceted videographer and photographer, Ryan has worked in various roles, including as a television studio technician, technical director at a large church, college basketball technical director, pro football production assistant, and a cinematographer for short films. His diverse background and skills enable him to take on small jobs independently, reducing costs for our clients.

Quality of Editing Issues
Shayann B.'s 2-star review highlights significant issues with the quality of the editing work provided by Ryan. Despite Ryan's initial effort to create 31 products for Shayann, the final edit was deemed to be of poor quality. Shayann attempted to provide constructive feedback to improve the videos, but Ryan misinterpreted the suggestions as additional work outside of the scope of the project.
Communication Breakdown
Ryan's response to Shayann's suggestions was dismissive, with him offering only two options: to accept the video as is, or to pay more or cancel the project. This lack of flexibility and professionalism led Shayann to describe Ryan as difficult to work with, as he escalated a simple matter into a major issue.
Cost and Value
The project ultimately did not meet Shayann's expectations, as the final product did not justify the 31 products invested in the project. Shayann's negative experience has left a lasting impression, highlighting the importance of effective communication and quality control in the editing process.
