• John Carboni, President: John has spent 30 years working in the fast-paced world of broadcast television, having started his career working with Hollywood icons such as Ridley Scott, Lewis Gilbert, and Gale Anne Hurd. In 1995, John launched Impact Studios, which soon established itself as a leading producer of fitness videos, having produced nearly all of the best-selling titles for the top fitness personalities in the world. John has won numerous awards for his advertising work.

• Suzanne Freedman, Managing Director: Suzanne joined Impact Strategic Marketing in 2015, after spending over two decades as a marketing professional within the beverage alcohol industry. She started her career working within a prominent New York City advertising agency, then took a brand marketing position at William Grant & Sons, managing the advertising and PR for their portfolio of premium spirits. Suzanne was also Vice President of On Premise Trade Marketing for Sidney Frank Importing, where she developed strategies and programs for the 20+ brand ambassadors for Jagermeister, as well as other tactical programs and trade initiatives.

• Bob Evans, Creative Director: Bob is a true creative ace with enthusiasm and passion for developing innovative and unique projects. He is also a veteran of the NY Giants, having worked as Sponsorship & Activation Lead for the team for many years. Prior to joining Impact Strategic Marketing, Bob also was VP, Creative Marketing for Timex Company. Bob has led our creative department, working in the physical and digital workspace to make beautifully unique work that cuts through the noise and helps our clients tell their stories.
