Our History

Our journey began in 1987, when Robert Faber, an electronic engineer with a passion for filmmaking, and Anna Cordova, a business graduate with a background in manufacturing, joined forces to create FILMLOOK. Initially, their goal was to develop a technology that could mimic the aesthetic of film on video. This groundbreaking concept was met with skepticism at first, but their perseverance and dedication to their craft paid off. By 1989, they had successfully tested their patented process, which would become the foundation for their post-production services.

Editorial Services

Our edit bays offer workflows for all major NLE applications, traditional online, conform, and in-house DIT. We provide a range of post-production services, including data managing, storage solutions, HD, 2K, 4K, and UHD finishing, closed captioning, DCP, and worldwide distribution in all formats and resolutions. We also offer transcoding, conversion, and backup services to ensure the secure transfer of your content.
