At Ancient Eye Media, we are a team of passionate storytellers dedicated to capturing the beauty and magic of your special day. Our owner and creator, John Tucci, has been immersed in film since a young age and has always been inspired by the work of great filmmakers such as John Hughes, Sofia Coppola, and Cameron Crowe. Their ability to convey drama, romance, and emotion in every frame sparked a desire in John to tell stories in a similar way. With a focus on editing, John attended the New York Film Academy and went on to produce music videos, trailers, and web ads.
However, John soon realized that something was missing. He wanted to find a way to capture the same passion, beauty, and grace in real-life candid situations. That's when the idea of creating wedding films was born. Our mission is to tell your love story in the most honest and heartfelt way possible. We believe that a wedding film should be so much more than just a visual representation of the day. It should be an emotional journey that transports you back to that special moment and allows you to relive all the joy and happiness.
Our Approach
At Ancient Eye Media, we take a unique approach to storytelling. We blend old and new to create a film that feels both timeless and modern. We use vintage clips from classic films and incorporate them into your documentary to create a sense of nostalgia and continuity. Our goal is to capture the essence of your wedding day and make it feel like a big-screen epic. We also take the time to get to know you and your partner, learning your story and incorporating your personalities, values, and love into the film.
Our Packages
We offer a range of packages to suit your needs and preferences. Our base package, Light2, includes videography for up to 10 hours, a 10-15 minute wedding documentary film, and a personal web address to host your film. Our Bliss2 package offers an additional 2 hours of videography, a 10-15 minute documentary film, and a copy of raw footage. Our top-tier package, Grace2, includes up to 12 hours of videography, a 15-20 minute documentary film, and a copy of raw footage.
